YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS USED WITH RESPECT FOR YOUR PRIVACY
It is important for us to honour the responsibility we receive by having access to some of your personal data. We are keen not to spam you, but only want you to be able to access information and events that may be useful to you in your profession.
Below we describe how we handle the personal data we have about you. First, you will see a section on the handling of personal data for you as a customer of ours. This is followed by a section on the handling of personal data for you who we have contact details for another reason (such as that you have been invited or have been to one of our previous events or that we have been in contact with regarding a business discussion).
You will also find information on how to access them and what to do if you have an objection to how we handle them at the end of the two sections.
YOU ARE A CUSTOMER OF SPARKHOUSE, THE PERSONAL DATA WE HAVE ABOUT YOU IS PROCESSED AS FOLLOWS
Sparkhouse AB is a consulting company active in CX, Customer Experience. We specialise in eCommerce, CRM and Marketing Automation. We collect your personal data as a customer so that we can:
- Implement the project that we have agreed on.
- Invite you to one of our customer events that we consider relevant for you.
- Sending relevant information and marketing
The legal basis on which we base our processing is either performance of a contract or legitimate interest. When we use legitimate interest as the basis for our processing, we always take into account the field in which you operate and what we want to achieve through the activity.
Your data may be transferred to our partners in the database industry. Should we use sub-consultants, we will inform you about them and ensure that they may only use your data in accordance with the purposes for which we have collected your data.
Your data may be transferred to third countries, but an adequate level of protection will be maintained through either the EU US Privacy Shield or the EU standard clauses.
Sparkhouse AB will save your data as long as you are a customer, i.e. as long as we have an active agreement, and 48 months thereafter to be able to offer you information and marketing. Furthermore, we will keep your information in accordance with legal requirements, such as the Accounting Act's requirement of seven years.
You can once a year, free of charge, have access to all information stored about you by Sparkhouse AB. Furthermore, you can at any time request that we correct, delete or limit the use of your personal data. If you want to prevent us from using your information to customise, so-called profiling, or send you marketing, you can consent to us entering your information on our internal blocking list. The easiest way to do this is to contact our customer service by e-mail at info@sparkhouse.se.
If you believe that we have processed your personal data incorrectly, you can contact us in the first instance by e-mail to info@sparkhouse.se or to the Swedish Data Protection Authority at datainspektionen@datainspektionen.se.
