Description:

To meet the growing demands of the North American market, Sparkhouse implemented a scalable integration between Hestra’s systems. Using Azure Functions and modern API design, order management and inventory updates were streamlined, improving both the customer experience and internal processes.

Challenge:

Hestra required seamless integration between their e-commerce platform Centra and ERP system Netsuite to improve tax management and data flows for the North American market.

Solution:

Sparkhouse implemented a cloud-based integration solution handling order flows, inventory status, pricing, and product information. They delivered a cost-effective and scalable solution by utilising Azure Functions. REST and SOAP were employed for API design, with plans to phase out legacy APIs in the future.

Result:

Streamlining Hestra’s operations through automated order management and real-time inventory updates. This led to an improved customer experience and reduced administrative workload for Hestra.
