Seamless Integration Enhancing the Digital Presence of A Day's March

To offer their customers a great experience shopping online they had decided to implement Centra as their e-commerce solution. Centra is a headless platform that offers wide range of tools and functions. The platform is an excellent choice for companies of all sizes due to it’s flexibility, scalability and user-friendly design.

Description:

A Day’s March needed to optimize the integration between their e-commerce platform Centra and their ERP system BeX to create a smooth and efficient digital customer experience. With support from Sparkhouse they developed a solution based on Azure Functions. This enabled a secure and automated data transfer between the systems.

Challenge:

A Day’s March, a company specializing in high-quality shirts and fashion items, required an efficient integration between their e-commerce platform, Centra, and their ERP system, BeX, to create a seamless online experience for their customers.

Solution:

Sparkhouse became the integration partner, leveraging Azure Functions – a serverless technology – to ensure secure data transfer between systems. Order and inventory data were synchronized via webhooks, and the Order API in Centra was used to manage order status and returns. A smooth integration was achieved through GraphQL API.

Result:

A seamless integration between Centra and BeX that streamlined operations. A Day’s March was able to offer an enhanced shopping experience and more efficient internal processes, strengthening their digital presence.
