Sparkhouse Data Loader
Secure and fast data import
Sparkhouse Data Loader
Secure and fast data import to your e-commerce platform. We extract, map, validate and load information ahead of platform changes and migrations for both B2C and B2B.
Common data types handled:
– customers and customer records
– orders and order history
– products and product data
– price lists and campaigns
– discount codes and coupons
Whether the goal is to move history and master data, consolidate systems after a merger or improve the quality of existing data, Sparkhouse Data Loader makes the process fast, secure and controlled.
How it works
1. Profiling
We review tables, fields, volumes and dependencies. Output list and gap analysis included.
2. Mappning
Data model and field map are created. Rules for keys, ID translation and default values.
3. Validation
Format, character sets, duplicates, referential integrity, GTIN, tax, currency.
4. Test run
Dry run in staging. Deviation report and action list.
5. Loading
Batch loading with checkpoints and resume on failure.
6. Reconciliation
Verification of counts, amounts and status. Sign-off and cut-over plan.
From and to
By collecting and structuring your existing data you reduce both time and risk during a platform migration. Properly migrated information means that customers, order history and products work as expected from day one, without manual corrections or downtime. With Sparkhouse Data Loader you get a controlled transition where the business continues as usual on a more modern and scalable foundation.

Quality and reliability
Secure migration with full control
Sparkhouse Data Loader is built to handle large data sets with precision and safety. Every row and file is tracked through audit logs, and all flows are monitored for errors, retries and history. Duplicates and merges are handled automatically, while dates, time zones, currencies and tax formats remain consistent.
Error queues, retries and canonical ID rules allow loading to resume without losing data. Image links, file references and field validations are tested before publishing to make sure nothing breaks during import.
Hashed passwords, GDPR consent, complex product structures and multi-language markets are handled according to established routines. We also account for multiple warehouses, reservation logic and performance considerations for large data volumes to make the migration both stable and complete.
The effect of proper handling
Results
Sparkhouse Data Loader gives you full transparency in every step of the process. You receive clear specifications of how data was mapped, validated and loaded, along with reports showing deviations, actions and test results. Everything is documented to support traceability and audit.
For smaller data sets a full run can often be completed in just a day, depending on data quality and approvals. For larger migrations the work is planned in phases with repeated test runs to ensure stability and precision before go-live.
Expertise and reliability
Secure data management with proven Sparkhouse architecture
Sparkhouse Data Loader is built with the same security level as our integration solutions in Azure. All data is transferred encrypted, keys are managed in Key Vault and no copies are stored outside the contracted environment. Access is granted only to authorized individuals in the project and logged at every step.
Our strength is that we already understand the structures in Centra, Shopify, Norce and most ERP and PIM systems. By building on the same serverless architecture as Sparkhouse Integration Suite you get a solution with traceability, error handling and performance proven in both B2C and B2B projects with advanced price logic and large data volumes.
