Sparkhouse Integration Suite

Ready connectors

One connector for every system

Each connector in Sparkhouse Integration Suite is built to fit a shared, cloud-based architecture in Azure. Whether it concerns e-commerce, ERP, 3PL or PIM, the systems are connected to the same hub where data flows are controlled, traced and automated.

The connectors function as flexible building blocks that quickly create secure flows between for example Centra and NetSuite, Norce and Harmoney or Business Central and Bring – without having to rebuild the integrations from scratch. Each connection can be customized to filter, transform or enrich data before it is forwarded.

The result is automatic flows that reduce manual handling and sources of error. Orders, products, prices, stock and customer data move seamlessly between systems with full traceability and logging via Azure Functions and Service Bus.

AI Agents

AI Agents for E-commerce

The integrations make your data AI-ready. These agent patterns can be activated in your flows:

– 24/7 customer service for product questions, order status and returns

– Real-time order analysis: flag fraud purchases, anomalies, demand peaks

– Generate product texts / campaign texts / review responses based on your data

– Internal knowledge search for staff (manuals, policies, product sheets)

– Copilot-support for marketing/logistics/support (suggestions and support material)

The AI agents use the same traceable data foundation as our connectors, so you get “explainable” automation.

Sparkhouse Integration Suite

Architecture in Short

Behind every connector in Sparkhouse Integration Suite is a modern, serverless architecture built on Microsoft Azure. Flows are handled via Functions, queues and events to achieve high scalability and low operational cost. All communications follow established standards such as REST, GraphQL, SOAP, webhooks, SFTP and EDIFACT.

Each integration is traceable and monitored in real time with logging, metrics and automatic retry handling. Security is based on Azure-based cloud principles with encrypted traffic and key management via Key Vault.

Frequently Asked Questions about Sparkhouse Integration Suite

A standard connector can usually be activated within 2-4 weeks depending on systems and data volumes. Custom flows are built after a needs analysis.

No. Most connectors use open APIs. We build the integration in the Azure layer without affecting your existing installations.

Yes. All connectors can be adapted for specific needs – for example filtering, data transformations or pricing/campaign calculations.

The flows have built-in retry logic, error queues (DLQ) and central logging via Application Insights. You receive alerts on deviations and can trace every data item.

E-commerce, ERP, 3PL, PIM, POS, CRM, BI and more – including systems such as Centra, Norce, NetSuite, Business Central, BeX, GARP, Bring, ModExpress and Fortnox.

Integrations run in Microsoft Azure with TLS encryption and keys managed in Azure Key Vault. No data is stored permanently outside the customer’s controlled environment.

The platform is serverless and self-healing. Operations, version upgrades and API updates are managed centrally without disrupting flows.

Yes. Many customers start with one central flow – for example orders or stock – and build further when the foundation is stable.

Implementation is priced per connector and complexity. Operation is usage-based – you pay only for actual usage.

Yes. The solution can be hosted in your own tenant for full control over resources, logs and billing.

That the data model and flows are already structured, traceable and ready to be used by AI applications without extra adaptation.

ACP is an upcoming open standard protocol that allows AI agents to interact with e-commerce platforms. Sparkhouse Integration Suite is built to support this from the start.

When Google AI Mode launches, merchants who have structured, machine-readable data can automatically be exposed in AI-driven search and purchase experiences. Our connectors prepare your data sources for this.

No. The integrations work fully without AI, but can at any time be extended with AI modules and agents.

The list can be endless, but here are some that can be set up: order analysis, fraud detection, product text generation, AI-based customer service, and intelligent logistics flows that optimise deliveries.

All AI flows follow the same security principles as the other connectors. Data is encrypted, logged and stored in Azure – no sensitive information is sent to external AI services.

Yes. The data can be made available for Azure Machine Learning or other tools to build internal models based on real flows.

For customers already using Integration Suite it often takes days. Activation is done via ready-made modules for order analysis, text generation or agent communication.
